You are strongly encouraged to read the terms and conditions of HOLIDAYZ NEPAL TOURS AND TRAVEL. You acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms of the agreement between you (‘the customer’) and the company (‘HOLIDAYZ NEPAL TOURS AND TRAVEL’), by asking us to confirm your booking. If you don’t agree in full or in part with the terms and conditions listed below, you must not make any bookings or pay.

These terms and conditions are applicable to any bookings you make through our customer service, via phone, emails, Facebook or Instagram. 

Definition

Your agreement is with HOLIDAYZ NEPAL TOURS AND TRAVEL. By asking us to confirm your flight booking, we we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

Booking with HOLIDAYZ NEPAL TOURS AND TRAVEL

All bookings are made through an authorized member of the company. At the time of booking you must submit a copy of your valid passport along with a deposit of minimum of 25% of your airfare in order to reserve a flight ticket and the balance amount can be paid within a week of your first payment. Bookings shall be confirmed once you send us your payment confirmations or screenshots.

Airfare

Fares are guaranteed at the time of issuance of the flight booking. However, the company retains the authority to adjust the price in the event of a material change in local currency exchange rates, domestic flights, taxes, fare changes by airlines, etc at any time before your ticket is confirmed . We will advise you of any error of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of confirming your booking.

Re-confirmations

We advise you to check your flight departures and arrivals from us or the airlines directly while traveling, even though not all airlines require passengers to reconfirm flights 72 hours before each departure. This is because the airline’s schedule is subject to change at any time.

Baggage Allowance

You may view your booked ticket for baggage allowance. If you are about to make a reservation with us, our support staff will confirm your baggage allowance.

Different airlines may have different baggage limits and policies. The baggage allowance of the most significant carrier in your itinerary will often apply if you check luggage for a multi-sector trip.

Cancellations and Amendments

We will try our utmost to accommodate your altered travel-related circumstances, but you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the changes.

In addition to the airline, there will be an administration fee for any refunds or reissues. Every ticket has limits and limitations on how long they are valid. Many cheap flights are NON REFUNDABLE.

Please examine the ticket’s refund and date change policies before having the ticket issued because every airline has a distinct set of guidelines for different rates. Knowing the restrictions that apply to the trip is in the best interests of the traveller.

Name Change / Update

Once a ticket has been issued, no carriers permit name changes. In the case of changing names on a confirmed booking, there may be some procedures and fees associated. But please make in mind, once the ticket is confirmed you can not transfer to completely different names, however if there is any spelling misplace or missing words you still can make amendments. Please use caution when providing your passport information throughout the booking procedure. If you’ve made a mistake, give us a call or email. Upon your request, we will inform you of the procedure and associated costs.  If there is any mistake from HOLIDAYZ NEPAL TOURS AND TRAVEL, company will compensate on that.

Visa and Documentations

The passenger is in charge of making sure they have all necessary papers, including visas. It is the obligation of the traveller to ensure that they have all necessary visas. 

Check-in to the Airport

A minimum of three hours prior to your flight time, you should check-in. There may be no-show costs and date change fees if you need to alter your flight if you miss it.

Complaints

We try do our best to provide excellent service to our valuable customers, but occasionally things might go wrong and misunderstandings between the parties. So, if you have concerns regarding the flight tickets, you should speak to our team member. We will address them as soon as possible and will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately.
